Thanks for the article. The Author is right that "Theft isn’t new. It just keeps changing shape.", but nowadays it's not really hard to see the webmaster cheating. And it's very easy to add his site to the black list. This black list exists and every Banner Exchange Network decides for itself whether it accepts fake traffic or not.
