My dressup site story.

Hey there!

Let me open this sub-forum and tell the story of my dressup site.
It's pretty new but still it's already popular among children and teenagers. It is Dress Up Games .
It has Chat rooms, Online Radio, Online Cartoons and of course hundreds oа good dressup games.
It looks pretty cool now.. i mean it's colors, it's appearance and usability... still it was really hard to get a design like that. We made a contest on sitepoint and got some design examples... then we had a lot of work to create the design we need..

What about you guys?
Do you make the design by yourself?

Your website looks great! Compared to many other arcades, I actually see potential in this website due to the way it's organized and such.

The design looks great but all you have to do now is receive the visitors that you're looking for that will stick around. I don't see any reasons as to why not they wouldn't stay but just to keep on the bright side, add new features up frequently to have them active on your site.

But you didn't answer my question. Do you use templates, or make sites by your own designs and projects?

Talking about me, I don't like templates, I think that one should create his site unique. And that's why he should make unique design.

i worked very much about editing. I hate to search some new templetes. thinking and designing. every day looking good. working on very lıong time. taking very much time.

I used templates before, they don't really help. The thng to do is dissect a free design template, and make the necessary changes to match your site, works like a charm!

I use templates and then change them around a bit. Until I receive a good steady traffic, I won't change the design. The website must be bringing a decent amount of revenue for me to do that.
