uhh.... I think I have to disagree with you here.
From all my SEO/webmastering experience and everything Ive read on the topic of most important factors is not the keyword, well its important but thats just the surface.
Your website really needs the backlinks, good quality backlinks to pass down PR juice. If your pages has a higher page rank than your competitor and yall are both gunning for the same keywords, the site with the higher PR is going to rank higher for the same website with a lower PR. Meaning Google trusts your site's content will suit the "searcher" and thus reward it with higher rankings.
You can have your keyword stuffed all up in your pages and, from what I gather from what you (MH Vishal) has said you should rank better because google is reading all keywords on your site.
Simply just not the case because every website can do this. Google has got to decide who to rank higher and that is where backlinks and Page Rank comes into play. Not only to mention domain age, how long domain has before expiring, page load speeds, social bookmarks and whatever else they use.
Ok to sum it up, keywords has nothing to do with page rank.
