Post Buying 70,000 Links From Same Site Equated to "SEOicide"

It's pretty much only useful to get no more than a few links from any one site. Generally, Google doesn't find sitewide links as natural, and thus it would only be harmful to get them over say a single link on one page. However it will NOT do any more harm than that.

Yeah, sitewide links aren't TOO helpful, but i guess they can be, also not all pages are indexed so that could be a thing to think about

It's forbidden to buy links and it's a great way to get banned by Google when purchasing links in big. Google will definitely find that you're purchasing links when you purchase in big. It's been done and proven to be done by Google.

It's unlikely that you will get banned, although you can in extreme cases. It's more likely that Google just won't value a link it suspects to be of paid origin.

Probably but I'd just stay away from doing that just to prevent anything negative from occurring.
