Default verifying paypal with VCC - good or bad?
We know that we can verify our paypal account using VCC (Virtual Credit Card).
But do you think it's good to do?
when you verifying paypal account with VCC, you can use fake name and address, but the disadvantage is, you can't withdraw your account balance to that VCC ( we can withdraw to VISA card ).
So, do you think verifying paypal account with VCC is good or not?
