Actually, that page is a good example of what I am talking about. Have a look at it with css off (which is similar to how search bots see it) and you will see that there is very little in the way of links above the content - they are all below. There are links within the content, which is correct as its leading to related information.
Wikipedia, like digg and many other busy sites use source ordered content, not because it helps searchbots, but because it speeds loading and helps visitors. Its just coincidental that search engines love this.
Its the way I have written my templates for years and it can make a huge difference to SEO/results.
