Questions about Games Banner Network

Hello,
I have a few questions about Games Banner Network I was hoping someone could help me answer.
1) Does your site need to have a minimum amount of traffic to join the games banner network as a publisher? I signed up, but it only let me select a minimum of 1000 visitors per day that my site has, and given that its only 2 weeks old I don't get that much traffic.

2) I see you can buy traffic on the site, but I didnt quite understand that yet and the data displayed.
What does the GEO column mean when it says "RON"? Is that a "run of network"?
And I see one offer ID of 59, thats a run of network and guarantees 2500 clicks daily. The click through ratio is 2.0, which doesnt make sense if I'm buying clicks, or am I misunderstanding it?
Also, the price listed is 0.022, so am I buying all 2500 clicks for that price, or is that 0.022 per click (2.2 cents a click?).

3) And for CPM traffic and the bids next to it, for example offer 74 is for 1,000,000 impressions a day with a guaranteed click through ratio of 0.5. Does this mean I'm guaranteed to get 5,000 clicks to my website? What happens if I dont get all the clicks, am I charged less? I dont quite understand how a click through ratio can be guaranteed, especially if I poorly design the banner. And this same offer has a price listed of 1.3. What does 1.3 translate too?? 1.3 cents per CPM, $1.30 per CPM, $1.30 for all 1,000,000 impressions, or something totally different?

Sorry for the questions, this program looks interesting and I just want to make sure I understand it.

So let me answer your questions:

1) Our network doesn't require any traffic generated on your site.. we work to make your site grow and we send traffic to you, so you could develop your project. Just join and implemet our code into the pages of your site.
The enrollment form doesn't require that your site should generate the selected volume for sure... It's made to make our support team follow your site traffic activities.
The drop-down menu shows "impressions" - not "visitors".

2) In case you want to sell your traffic just contact our sales manager sales[@]gamesbannernet.com, so he could help you.

3) In case a bid you select guarantees 2% CTR that means you are going to get it.
RON means run of network (run of site), this abbreviation is used to identify a traffic which is not targeted Geographically(GEO), a mix of different countries. Just ask our sales manager to get the exact answer for your questions.
