After some time reviewing some Arcade Banner Exchanges I’ve come to noticed a lot of them trying to cheat users into joining them to make them appear as there more popular than they are. This can include adding fake clicks/impressions, fake accounts, offering large amounts of impressions that they wont be able to deliver anytime soon and more.
